Ho pensato che un piccolo ciondolo da appendere OVUNQUE con la propria iniziale sia un regalo grazioso per l'amica a cui è destinato ed il cui nome inizia per "C" . Questo disegno viene dall'alfabeto di Renato Parolin e mi è piaciuto molto perchè semplice e "caldo" ...

I thought that a little pendant /mini coushion to hang EVERYWHERE could be a nice gift for a friend whose name is starting with letter "C" . The chart is from Renato Parolin's Alphabet and I adopted it cause I found it very simple,cute and warm!

J'ai pensé que un petit pendouille/coussinet  à pendre n'importe où pourrait etre un joli cadeau pour une amie dont l'inizial du nom commence justement pour "C" . La grille vient de l'alphabet de Renato Parolin  et je l'ai trouve très simple mais  aussi très doux ..

 Ricamato lo schema "MERCI" di Claudine link ho pensato quale  tipo di soluzione si potesse adottare .. tanto per cambiare .

Così mi sono messa alla prova con il primo NEEDLEROLL al profumo di lavanda (la mia raccolta del tardo  2011) . ed ecco il risultato di cui vado fiera e spero che l'amica a cui  la invierò sarà altrettanto contenta. 

Once embroidered this "Merci" from Claudine's blog link , I started thinking about the best solution  to adopt for its finishing   and decided to make my first easy lavander scented Needleroll . This is the result which I think it is not that bad and I hope the friend who will soon receive it, will be also happy.

Une fois brodé ce joli "MERCI" , une grille de Claudine link , j'ai dû penser à sa finition . Et pour ne pas répéter toujours les memes solutions , j'ai pensé de faire , 1ere fois, un Needleroll à la lavande  . Très simple , je dois dire, mais le résultat est bon: j'espère que l'amie qui va le recevoir sera aussi contente de l'avoir !

In questo periodo di tranquillità ho approfittato per realizzare questo schema di Little House Needlework "the rain fell.."(la pioggia cadeva...) che ho trovato molto tenero e tanto primaverile.

121 x 96 punti di delicatezza  ricamati su Lino Belfast Zweigart 32 ct. Moka VINTAGE 8 e potete vedere le sfumature sul tessuto) , con filati CRESCENT COLOURS  e DMC  a 2 fili .  Penso che , a parte un'eventuale aggiunta di qualche piccola decorazione (perlina o fiocchetto), il ricamo verrà finito come cuscino di piccole dimensioni da mettere sul letto ... bene augurale per una giornata che magari comincia con la pioggia!

 In this rather quiet period at home I decided to embroider this design by Little House Needlework named "The Rain fell" because it gave me a delicate feeeling of Spring . 121wx 96hstitches on a Zweigart light Moka Vintage Linen and embroidered with CRESCENT COLOURS & DMC 6-strands floss.

Perhaps some additional decorations, like pearlsor beads and ribbons might join it , but its finition will be undoubtely a little cushion to place on our bed: it will be really stimulating specially in the grayish rainy mornings!

Dans ces jours de convalescence , j'ai un petit plus de temps pour faire mes broderies et voilà ce que j'ai dècidé de faire , cette jolie grille par Little House Needlework "The Rain fell"  qui donne une sensation de Printemps dans son ame..

 121 x 96 points sur Lin Zweigart Light Moka Vintage , brodé avec les couluers de CRESCENT COLOURS & DMC .Peut-etre j'irai ajouter quelques petites décoration en termes de perles ou rubans , mais elle sera pour un petit coussin pour notre lit  et pour nous souhaiter la bonne journée surtout dans les journées grises !

  Eccomi nuovamente con il ricamo di Little House Needlework montato a cuscinetto . Come avevo detto nell'articolo precedente, mostrandovi il ricamo ultimato, ho inserito qualche piccola decorazione  e cercando un tessuto per il retro che lo rendesse un poco ... vittoriano , come l'acquerello in alto. Ora, finalmente, è in bella vista sul letto!

Again with my last embroidery from a Little House Needlework chart . this time to show  that , as promised I added some little decorations beads and ribbon  for a "light" decoration and finished with a victorian(as the watercolor painting above) cotton fabrics .Now it's decorating my bed !

Voilà encore une fois ma dernière broderie , une grille de Little House Needlework , qui a trouvé sa solution finale comme petit coussin pour ma chambre et mon lit. Quelques toutes petites décos et un retro fait avec un tissu en coton , dessin victorien .. comme la peinture à haut .. il est bien sur mon lit et je l'aime beaucoup!

Fra un acquazzone e l'altro , sono riuscita a mettere sull'erba il nuovo oggettino per il mio Salpin 2012 , il paesaggio natalizio di Little House Needlework . Devo dire che avrei preferito usare una tela molto più scura rispetto a questa suggerita da LHN , ma ho rispettato  i suggerimenti dati da LHN ed ecco il risultato. Il filato è ICING di Crescent Colours , molto leggero e quasi setato.

Between a rain shower and another one, I could place my little creation of the grass and take a picture of it . This is the pinkeep I made for the month of March(i am late!!) for my Salpin Noel 2012 (one xmas decoration each month) which design is from Little House Needlework . I wanted at first using a darker fabric but then I decided to follow LHN advise and here is the result. A winter landscape  crossstitched using ICING, thread from CRESCENT COLORS very soft and sillky.   

  Entre un déluge et l'autre, j'ai reussi à placer ma petite créature sur l'herbe du jardin. Il s'agit de ma derniére création pour mon Salpin 2012 , mois de Mars (et , oui, je suis en retard!). C'est un petit village en hiver de Little House Needlework que j'ai trouvé délicieux. Je voulais changer la toile en misant une autre plus foncée mais j'ai voulu suivre le conseil de LHN et proposer leur grille version originale , brodée avec ICING ,blanc-neige de CRESCENT COLOURS.

Finalmente una prima decorazione per le mie forbicine da ricamo molto speciali , qualcosa che porti sempre un pò di fortuna !Mi ricordo che il disegno mi è stato suggerito da Corinne di Passion Broderie  e dopo un pò di tentennamenti , l'ho confezionato in pochi minuti:Non ha grosse pretese ma è simpatico.

I finally found the chance to make this little decoration for my "special" embroidery scissors: I just wanted something easy and bringing good-luck in my embroidery activity . I got this design from Corinne of Passion  Broderie and I think it's a very cute design! A Ladybug button over a four-leaves clover brings much luk... I hope!.

Aprés longtemps je me suis décidée et j'ai pris la grille que Corinne de Passion Broderie m'aveait donnée et j'ai fait ce petit fob  avec une coccinelle assise sur un trèfle à quatre feuilles porte-bonheur. Très simple mais très mimi je trouve.

Dovrei dare più spesso un'occhiata ai lavori lasciati in sospeso e che meritano di essere finiti , come questo sampler dedicato alla storia del Caffé .Il kit è di LANARTE su lino 27ct. Devo essere sincera: non sono poche le sfumature dei colori e quindi bisogna prestare molta attenzione!!!Tuttavia vale la pena finirlo, no?

I should pay more attention to the works to be still processed and finished , like this sampler dedicated to the story of COFFEE by LANARTE  on evenweave fabric 27ct. I must be sincere: many nuances and therefore particular attention to devote to each single unit!However , I think it's good to finish it, don't you agree?

Parfois je devrais regarder bien dans mon tiroir des encours: voilà alors encore à terminer ce Sampler dédié au CAFE' par LANARTE sur lin 27ct. . Je dois admettre qu'il y a pleusieures nuances et il faut payer garnde attention au changement de fil!!Toutefois, je crois qu'il vaut bien le terminer, n'est-ce pas?

Per la serie " noi non ci facciamo mancare le rane " eccovi un biglietto ben augurale, che accompagnerà il regalo per una Bebé e dato che il tema delle rane mi ispira molto, ecco questa , moltooooo femminile con i capelli rosa , il fiore circondata da una passamaneria ... ad hoc!

I have already demonstrated my love for frogs, I try not to miss one occasion for embroidering one! Here is the "new entry"  , a wishing card for a Baby Birth . It's a very feminine frog with pink hair and a nice green and pink trim all around .. what do you think?

Eh oui, vous avez raison, j'aime beaucoup moi aussi les grenouilles (pas seulement au restaurant!) et dès que j'ai la chance je cherche à les broder . Voilà la carte de vouex pour une naissance en rose : une petite grenouille, cheveux roses, bouton-fleur et una passamanerie que j'avais et qui a fait la fortune de cette carte je crois!

For the month of MAY , this is the new very simple  Xmas  mini cushion for my SALPIN 2012 .

Voilà l'étape de MAI pour mon SALPIN 2012 , un tout petit et simple  coussin  de Noel.

Un SAL simpatico quello organizzato da LA MARMOTTE BRODEUESElink che ha dei bellissimi schemi . Vi invito ad andare su quel sito e "catturarle" , facili da farsi e graziose da regalare  la Marmotta ha aperto un Sal libero nel tempo e nella scelta delle griglie (ne ha oltre 100) . Questa è la prima , non forse perfettissima nel senso di finitura,  ma graziosa nell'insieme.

Le très joli SAL 100 grilles orgnaizé par La Marmotte brodeuse link  où très librement  on brode les 100 grilles (et plus ) qu'elle a dessinées . Celle-ci est la 1ère et je suis raisonnablement EN RETARD sur la 2ème! 

La grille est brodée avec Anchor 1375 Harlequin Stranded Cotton 

Ce sont des grilles très simples et très jolies   et même si la finition de celle-ci n'est pas si parfaite comme j'aurais aimé , et bien ça serait pour la prochaine fois!

 Sono ancora un pò,... molto indietro ma ecco il secondo schema dei 100 del SAL della Marmotte brodeuse .

Farà parte del mio SALPIN 2012 visto il soggetto , il montaggio di questo piccolissimo ricamo in questi giorni insieme ad altri lavori!!!

"N" come NOEL

 Here is  a bit late  the second step of La Marmotte brodeuse's SAL 100 grilles and the subject of this tiny little chart is "N" as Noel . it will be part of my SALPIN 2012 collection  for its subject  while I'll do my best to do its finishing in due coruse !

Voici ma 2eme grille du SAL 100 GRILLES de la Marmotte brodeuse. Je suis un peu (un tas) en retard mais je vais faire sa finition bientot . entretemps je commencerai une autre grille ( je me sens  une abeille ouvrière plutot  qu' une brodeuse!) . la toute petite grille fera sans doute partie de ma collection de SALPIN 2012 vu le sujet .. "N" comme NOEL! ciao

Si sa , la stagione delle vacanze è iniziata  e tutti si stanno preparando alle grandi manovre per il mare, i monti, i laghi ecc.. E' anche vero che le crocettine, in generale, hanno una particolare predisposizione a portare con sé un piccolo lavoro iniziato o da iniziare per non rimanere ... con le mani in mano , oppure per qualche momento di ... vuoto! malgrado tutti i lavori in corso ho deciso di seguire questa "sfida estiva" per il 2012 offerta da Chantal de Jura point de croix link . Alcuni deliziosi schemi estivi proposti  da ricamare tutti o singolarmente e finire come uno vuole . La partecipazione vuole che si inizi da oggi 18 giugno e si concluda - con l'invio foto- il 4 settembre prossimo . Si va sul blog di Chantal, si manda un messaggio con la scritta "Je participe"  ed è fatta .

Perchè  partecipare ?Bé,  i disegn sono deliziosi e semplici , avete molto tempo da dedicare anche ad un solo schema e sono certa che da qualche parte in casa avete una scatola da ricoprire o un grembiule da decorare!

I know Summer holiday time has started and we all are preparing for the great step to the mountains , on the sea, on the lake,etc... but almost all crossstitchers (and embroiders in general) love to bring something little to start new or to finish .. just in case you haven't got much to do (on holidays??) . However for this season I decided to register on Chantal's blog (Jura point de croix) link and participate to her "summer 2012 challenge" .She offers some lovely charts  and if you wish to share this game , you have only to send her a message saying "I participate" . It is not requested to embroider all the charts , just one if you like, from today June 18th to September 4th : By that date , you should have sent a picture of your work to her  . It's easy and nice  and ... after all I am sure you got an empty tin box to cover or an apron to decorate!!!

On est en Eté et on est aussi tous en train de prèparer ses valises pour déstination mer, montagne, lac ou ..les Hawaiis(??) . J'ai quand meme décidé de participer à ce Défi d'été 2012 offert par Chantal de Jura point de croix link  qui nous offre des grilles délicieuses  , simples à faire . Il s'agit de lui laisser un message sur  son blog  en disant "je participe"  et charger une ou bien toutes les grilles qu'elle nous offre . Il faut broder une ou plus grilles à partir d'aujourd'hui  18 Juin jusqu'à le 4 Septembre prochain . Pour cette date vous avez à envoyer une photo de votre réalization .Je suis sure que vous avez une joli boite à couvrir , un torchon à dècorer, .....

D'you remember my Salpin Noel 2012 I showed a couple of days ago? Here it is , finished at the end! On eof my thousand mini cushions (I do adore cushions!) decorated with 4-wood buttons and  a Debbie Mumm's Xmas fabric.

La luce delle 8 del mattino non è il massimo , lo so e la foto punisce un pò quest'alberello che trovo molto semplice e carino. Lo schema è gratuito , preso su un blog USA ma purtroppo non mi ricordo quale, l'età gioca brutti scherzi!!Piccole perle dorate per decorazione con fiocco in raso rosso e passamaneria rosso-oro a rifinire.La stoffa natalizia USA  è di South Sea Import.

Morning light wasn't that perfect and perhaps these photos don't give justice to this little simple and nice  Xmas tree , decorated with some golden beads  , a sirl ribbon and red & golden trimming . the pattern was free from a USA blog (sorry , forgot the name) , while the cotton fabric on the backside is from South Sea Import.

la lumière de 8h du matin ne rend pas justice à ce  pendouille , un peti simple et joli arbre de Noel en rouge dècoré avec de petites boules dorées, du ruban en soie rouge et du galon rouge et or tout autour .L'étoffe pour le retro vient de South Sea Import .

Il mio primo ATC  dedicato ad Halloween .

Lo scambio è stato promosso da Corinne link e questo è il mio che stamane Françoise in Francia ha ricevuto .

Sono molto soddisfatta del risultato anche se NON perfetto visto che   qualcosa mancava(le mie iniziali, il tema dello scambio..) . Credo comunque che,  a questo punto potrei cominciare a partecipare a scambi di ATC (poco alla volta!!) dopo aver ... rotto il ghiaccio!

My first ATC subject : Halloween. The ATC exchange had been proposed by Corinne link amd my ATC has been today received by Françoise of France .

I am glad of the result although the ATC is not that perfect (my initials are missing, ecc..) . I believe, however, I can start doing better participating to other ATC exchange  ... little by little of course!

J'ai participé à l'échange ATC offert par Corinne link et aujourd'hui Françoise a reçu le mien.

J'aime bien le résultat malgré mon ATC , en étant le 1er, n'est pas trop parfait .. Mais comme j'ai commencé une 1ere fois, j'aimerais continuer de temps en temps  de parteciper à ces échanges .
