Dovrei dare più spesso un'occhiata ai lavori lasciati in sospeso e che meritano di essere finiti , come questo sampler dedicato alla storia del Caffé .Il kit è di LANARTE su lino 27ct. Devo essere sincera: non sono poche le sfumature dei colori e quindi bisogna prestare molta attenzione!!!Tuttavia vale la pena finirlo, no?

 

I should pay more attention to the works to be still processed and finished , like this sampler dedicated to the story of COFFEE by LANARTE  on evenweave fabric 27ct. I must be sincere: many nuances and therefore particular attention to devote to each single unit!However , I think it's good to finish it, don't you agree?

 

Parfois je devrais regarder bien dans mon tiroir des encours: voilà alors encore à terminer ce Sampler dédié au CAFE' par LANARTE sur lin 27ct. . Je dois admettre qu'il y a pleusieures nuances et il faut payer garnde attention au changement de fil!!Toutefois, je crois qu'il vaut bien le terminer, n'est-ce pas?

 Insieme ad un paio di ATC , questo è il primo , piccolo, ricamo del 2013 ed ho voluto iniziare con qualcosa di semplice ma assolutamente fresco e primaverile , come la CASA DELLE FRAGOLE di Little House Needlework . 

Questi sono i primi passi e... ci vediamo fra qualche giorno per vederlo finito e completo (una cosa alla volta , però!) 

First stitches for my real FIRST 2013 embroidery . Little House Needlework's Strawberry House is rather simple with  a "fresh" subject : I liked it at the very first sight. See you in the coming days for its ending and finishing (one at time, eh!)

Les premiers points sur ma première broderie de 2013 , aprés deux ATC . C'est la maison des fraises de Little House Needlework, simple et très fraiche...pour avoir quelques moments printaniers!!

Sembra il titolo di coda di un film drammaticamente  romantico, in realtà ho solo finito il mio ricamo Strawberry House , appunto, schema di Little House Needlework . Non l'ho solo finito , ma gli ho anche dato una collocazione: cofanetto porta - ATC .

It sounds as the final act of a dramatically romantic film, indeed I have just finished my last Xstitch chart , Strawberry House by Little House Needlework and finished it . It'll be my special box for collecting my friends' ATC .

Come vi dicevo, a Pasqua non ho fatto solo alcune decorazioni per la casa , peò ho iniziato, proseguito e finito alcuni lavoretti, fra cui uno pasquale : tornerà buono il prossimo anno!!

 

As I told you , for Easter I only dedicated a few things for home decoration  cause I started, contniued and finished some works. This is one I finished and dedicated to...next Easter!

 

Comme je vous avez dit, pas beaucoup des décos pour le Pâques , pleusieurs choses commencées, d'autres continuées et d'autres encore terminées. Voilà une broderie- patch qui sera sans doute utile pour ...le prochain Pâques.

Iniziato, ricamato, cucito e montato con le varie decorazioni, un piccolo cuscinetto primaverile  dedicato ad un'amica.

Mi è piaciuto lo schema del ricamo  piuttosto semplice ma molto chiaro per esprimere amicizia e poi la stoffa con fiori gilli e foglieline tenere e verdi.. Un uccellino controlla la situazione!

 

Started, embroidered , sewn and assembled with some decoration , this little cushion is for a friend . I loved the chart , rather easy and simple, but also good to express friendship to her . Two rabbits  in the middle of yellow flowers and tender green leaves  while a bird ..supervise the situation!

 

Je l'ai commncé , brodé, cousu et fait sa finition avec des dècos , un petit coussinet à dédier à un eamie  pour lui demontrer asussi mon amitié , deux lapins parmi les fleurs jaunes et le feuilles tendres et vertes  tandis que un ptit oiseau controle la situation!

 

La forma si è dovuta adattare ..ai rami! The shape (for the photo) got adapted to the branches! - La forme du coussinet a dû s'adapter à les branches !!

N come NATURA , ecco il nuovo ricamo iniziato da ... poche ore! Ho comprato lo schema da Jardin privé perchè mi piaceva moltissimo il soggetto del ricamo ed anche i colori utilizzati.

 

N comme NATURE , this is the new embroidery  I have started a short while ago.. I found and bought it online at JARDIN PRIVE' cause I loved the subject and found it very "fresh" and "eco", in addition to a lovely series of thread colours .

 

N comme NATURE , ma nouvelle broderie  commencée il y a quelques heures .. J'ai vu et j'ai acheté la grille en ligne chez Jardin privé puisque je l'ai trouvé sujet "frais" et les coloris utilisés très beaux .

Un piccolissimo regalo di compleanno (già passato) , un pensierino per tutte le volte che l'amica prenderà un caffé o cucinerà qualcosa . Molto semplice come ricamo ma credo che fosse meglio fare piccole cose semplici in questo caso .

Il tutto accompagnato dal mio biglietto "gattoso" fatto con tessuto di V.I.P.

 

A little gift for a friend and her birthday already passed , I am afraid . A little thought that she'll use for preparing a coffee or cooking something good . Little simple embroidery  , that's what I wanted for decorating the gift  this time.

My personal wishing card , made with V.I.P. fabric , was "taking care" of the present.

 

Un petit cadeau pour un anniversaire déjà passé, hélas! un epetite pensée pour quand mon amie fait un café ou bien elle cuisins quelqueschose de bon (et je suis sure qu'elle le sait faire!!)

 Dato che mi piace molto questo schema , cerco ogni giorno di mettere un paio di punti per vedere presto l'opera terminata . Questa sotto è la 2° tappa e MI PIACE TANTO!!

 

Since I love this pattern ,I try to make some stitches everyday in order to see my embroidery soon finished .this is the 2nd step and I LOVE IT!!!

 

Puisque j'aime beaucoup cette grille, je cherche de mettres quelques points chaque jour pour voir bientot la broderie terminée! Voilà la 2eme étape et JE L'AIME BEAUCOUP!!!

 Qualche passo avanti è stato fatto in questo Sampler di Jardin privé , malgrado il sole, il mare , la sabbia, i bagni ed il relax della lunga vacanza!

 

Some improvements have been made in this lovaly Sampler by Jardin privé  despite the sun, the sea , the swimmings, the sand  and the relax of a long vacation!

Un altro passo avanti in questo laborioso ma delizioso lavoro di Jardin Privé . La fine è prossima? non so , ma spero di farcela per fine Settembre , dopo inizia il periodo Halloween - Natale  e allora... gambe in spalla1

 Un piccolo lavoro su un "patch" (pezza) di lino e cotonine di 2 colori differenti .

Un Cowboy per un altro pro-nipote in arrivo!!!!  Vi ricordate l'angelo che avevo fatto circa 4 anni fa  su una pezza quadrata che insiema a molte altre avrebbe formato una copertina per il letto di Alex , pronipote sudafricano ? Ora sua mamma, Floriana Junior  e mia nipote sta per avere un secondo maschietto  e così attraverso sua madre , Delia (una MAGA del patchwork & quilting!) ha chiesto a parenti ed amiche se era possibile ripetersi per il suo secondogenito. 

 E quindi ho pensato che un Cowboy possa essere un soggetto giusto , che ne dite?lo schema è preso dal libro "Redwork  from the Workbasket " di Rebecca Kemp Brent .

 

Well , perhaps some of you still remember the Angel I embroidered about 4 years ago (in photo) for my niece Floriana jr.'s first child, a baby boy named Alex . All gal friends and female relatives were called by her mom Delia (a true EXPERT in Patchwork & Quilting!!) to embroider one patch of fabric .All patches embroidered together would have formed a BABY BLANKET . Now ,Flo jr is going to have her second child , another baby boy and she asked for  another blanket  , embroidered and finished in the same way as the first one .. This is my patch and my embroidery , a cute Cowboy taken from Rebecca Kemp Brent's book "Redwork  from the Workbasket " . What do you think?  

 

Probablement  vous vous rappelez de la broderie ANGE que j'ai fait il y a 4 ans  pour le 1er fils à ma nièce Floriana junior... Eh bien elle va avoir son  2eme bèbé et a démandé à sa maman Delia (Une grande dans le Patchwork & Quilting) de passer la nouvelle à leurs amies et femmes de la famille pour faire une autre broderie sur patch . Toutes les patches seront cousues ensemble et seront la future couverture du lit du petit bébé .

Les patches sont toutes les memes  . Moi, j'ai donc choisi ce Cowboy comme sujet  pris du livre "Redwork  from the Workbasket " par Rebecca Kemp Brent . Joli n'est-ce pas?

 Vi ricordate la gara-sfida proposta da Jurapointdecroix  per l'estate 2013 ? dei begli schemi  da realizzare in modo assolutamente personale e seocndo la propria fantasia ! A breve (domani o dopo) Irène dovrebbe mettere sul sul blog gli schemi GRATUITI e li potrete scaricare e riprenderli . schemi semplici e facile relaizzazione .Andate a vedere!

Credo che le participanti siano state oltre 200  ed ecco il mio lavoretto, un Runner o Centrotavola, con abbinamento di colori che trovo molto ... stimolanti specie se sono in versione POIS!!!

 

Do you remember the 2013 Summer challenge  , with a Mysterious Sal to embroider proposed by  Jurapointdecroix? Well now it's time to show my result . Meanwhile I would suggest you to pay a short visit on Irene's blog : she should post on her blog the embroidery charts for FREE and i recommmend to get them: they are simple and bring to an immediate excellent result !Here is my little runner or table center  , I chose some nice brilliant dotted coloured fabrics .

 

Voilà , le Défi dìEté 2013 est terminé  . Jurapointdecroix est en train de montrer sur son blog les photos de plus de 200 brodeuses! Je crois que à partir de demain , sur son blog vous pourrez trouver ses grilles GRATUITES : Elles sont très jolies et sinples !J'ai fait un petit runner à mettre au centre de la table  dans les couleurs que j'aime et à pois!

 COME PROMESSO , ENTRO SETTEMBRE HO FINITO QUESTO SPLENDIDO RICAMO DI JARDIN PRIVE'.

ORA SI TRATTA DI VEDERE COME "FINALIZZARLO" (CUSCINO, RUNNER, COPRIVASSOIO, QUADRO,COPRISCATOLA,...) .. MA DATEMI ANCORA QUALCHE GIORNO!!

 

 

As promised , I finished this lovely embroidery from Jardin Privé  , N as Nature , by the end of September : Now ,it must be assembled and turned into a cushion or a runner or a tray cover or a framed picture or a box cover ,... but please to decide and do it just give a few days more!

 

Comme promis pour la fin de Septembre , j'ai terminé cette jolie broderie de Jardin privé . Maintenenant je dois la finitionner (tableau, coussin, runner , cartonnage , couvre-plateau..) mais laissez-moi encore quelques jours pour jouer d'imagination et créer une solution agrèable!

Ho pensato che vi avrebbe fatto piacere vedere e prendere spunto dall' albero genealogico che alcuni fa ho ricamato per mio fratello Emilio .Un grosso lavoro difficilemnte ripetibile . A finaco ad emilio, la moglie Delia(olandese)  ed i loro figli: anche Alessandro , purtroppo vittima di un incidente a 4 anni e ora fra gli ... Angeli!

 

I thought you could love this embroidery I made some years ago for my brother Emilio . A huge work indeed , very hard to repete . With brother Emilio, his Dutch wife Delia and their children: also Alessandro who died  in a road accident (run over by a car) at the age of 4 ... and now he's among many Angels!

 

J'ai pensé qu'il pouvait vous faire plaisir voir cette broderie que j'ai fait il y a quelques années : l'arbre de Famille de mon frère Emilio . Un grand travail , difficile à répéter . Avec Emilio, Delia sa femme hollandaise  et leurs enfants : Alessandro aussi , mort à l'age de 4 ans victime d'une collision  qui maintenant joue avec les Anges!
